Here are some commonly
asked questions
about working with Sahaja.
These are questions I'm often asked about the services I offer and what you might expect from walking and talking with me - if you have a different query please send a message using the contact form below.
How will I know where to meet you? Depending on when you book I send a message the day before your appointment with detailed message about finding me standing next to my blue Hyundai car at a designated spot which I send to you via a 'dropped pin' on Google Maps. If you are unfamiliar with using Maps please let me know.
What if it will be raining? I look at the weather prior to our time together and choose a suitable place that has ample shelter. That being said, if we happen to get wet that becomes part of the experience of being immersed in nature. You are advised to bring a raincoat or umbrella.
What is the main benefit of meeting in nature as opposed to a clinic situation? In my view being in nature helps you to more easily relax and express yourself so that together we can get to the core issues quicker.
How many sessions do I think you will need? This is largely dependent on how well you engage with the process and utilise the tools that are suggested throughout the session. Many times the light that is shed on the issue at hand is sufficient to make a profound and lasting shift in the moment. It is then that you may recognise the value in ongoing sessions for different issues and can choose for yourself how many and how often you would like to come. You will be guided to address different areas of your life in the order they will have the most beneficial effect
How will I know if we will be a good fit to work together? Generally you can tell a lot from having a conversation and you are welcome to call me for a 15 minute chat to ask any questions you might have prior to booking an appointment.
Do you think you can fix me? For a start you are not broken even though it may feel like it! And secondly we do the work of getting back on track and coming home to you, together. You will be involved in your own healing process and I will be right next to you as you journey to wholeness.
